Payment Option
We only accept Reservation payment through PayPal
Pre-Payment
Complete Reservation payment needs to be deposited to Provided PayPal account with-in 3 days of making reservation.
Cancellation
The guest will be charged the total price of the booking if they cancel at any time after making their reservation.
Advance cancellation
No fees charged for bookings cancelled 12 weeks before arrival
Cancellation Exception
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking
Damage Deposit
Guest will be entitled to deposit Damage Charges of $1000 USD, if any damage is found at the property after guest has Checked-out.
No Show
If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
